Nusuk App 'Suspended' Error: How to Fix

The Nusuk app is great, but buggy.

"User Suspended"

This terrifying message usually appears if:

1. You booked a permit and didn't show up (No-Show).
2. You tried to hack/bot the system.

• The Fix: You are usually banned for a specific period (e.g., 2 weeks). You cannot fix it immediately. Try creating a new account with a different email/passport (if you have dual nationality) or wait.

"App Crashing"

• Fix:
  1. Update the App.
  2. Clear Cache.
  3. Use a VPN: Sometimes Nusuk servers block IPs from certain countries. Once you are in Saudi (on Saudi WiFi), it works better.

Login Issues

• Ensure your visa number is entered correctly. Do not copy-paste (sometimes adds invisible spaces). Type it manually.
