1. Act Fast (Tracking)
- Find My iPhone / Google Find My Device: Use a friend's phone immediately.
- The Map: If it shows "Stationary" in a building (likely a hotel or police station), go there. If it is "Moving" fast, it's in a taxi/thief's hand.
2. The Police Station (Lost & Found)
- Location: Access via the tunnel near Al-Marwa or ask a guard for "Mabaahith" or "Amn".
- The pile of phones: They often have drawers full of recovered phones. You need to describe yours (Lock screen photo, case color).
- Report: You need a police report for your travel insurance claim. It takes time and Arabic translation.
3. Replacement
- Used Phones: Go to mobile shops in Aziziyah or Ibrahim Khalil Road. You can buy a cheap Android for 200 SAR to finish your trip.
