Designed by Snøhetta, it looks like giant shiny pebbles in the desert. It stands on the exact spot where oil was first discovered in KSA.

1. The Library: A futuristic 4-story library. Open to public. A book lover's dream.
2. Energy Exhibit: A high-tech museum explaining how oil/energy works. Great for kids.
3. Cinema/Theater: Shows cultural films and operas.
