Climbing Jabal Noor to reach Ghar Hira (Cave Hira) is a spiritual instinct. This is where the Quran began.

  • Path: Paved stone steps (mostly). Steep and uneven.
  • Duration:
    • Fit Person: 40-50 Minutes.
    • Average: 60-90 Minutes.
    • Elderly: Not recommended.

Best Time to Climb

Is it Dangerous?

  2. Grip Shoes: Sneakers/Trainers. No sandals.
  3. Cash: Small stalls on the way sell water/tea (expensive).
