Finding a quiet time allows for a spiritual connection with the Kaaba.
The "Golden Times"
- Late Morning (9 AM - 11 AM):
- Most pilgrims are sleeping after Fajr or eating breakfast.
- The sun is up, so the open Mataf is hotter, but the crowd is thin.
- Post-Isha (11 PM - 1 AM):
- Dinner rush is over. Some have gone to sleep.
The "Nightmare Times"
- Immediately after Prayer:
- Example: Right after Maghrib/Isha. Everyone rushes to do Tawaf. Wait 30 mins.
- Pre-Jummah: Friday morning is packed.
- Ramadan Nights: The peaks shift (everything is busy at night).
Heat vs. Crowd
- If you can handle the sun (or use an umbrella), the Dhuhr-Asr window is often the emptiest on the ground floor. The heat scares people away.
