4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the driver has arrived at the pickup location.

- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability, extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
5. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:
- Cancellation by the customer within the allowed time frame.
- Cancellation by Taxi Service KSA due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Overcharging or billing errors.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- No-shows or late cancellations.
- Dissatisfaction with the route taken, provided the driver followed the agreed-upon route.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
